Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has abruptly suspended his campaign and travelled to France, TheLink News has learnt.
Insiders told TheLink News that the former vice-president left Nigeria for France on “routine business”.
But this newspaper understands that Atiku travelled to seek medical treatment.
Atiku launched his campaign last Friday in Akwa Ibom.

TheLink News learnt the former vice-president felt unwell during the rally, so had to put further campaign on hold.
