Senator Ifeanyi Ubah representing Anambra South in the National Assembly has died according to news reports on Saturday, 27 July 2024.
The deceased lawmaker was the chief executive officer of Capital Oil and passed on in a hotel in London, the United Kingdom.
Notably, Ubah survived an assasination that took the lives of five individuals including two policemen in his convoy while riding in a bulletproof car in September 2022 on his way to Nnewi at Enugwu-Ukwu Anambra State.
He would have been 53 this September.
Senate spokesperson, Yemi Adaramodu, confirmed Ubah’s death on Saturday.
